Trump’s Response To Morning Joe’s Question About Putin Killing Journalists IS INSANE

El Trumpo signalled his great admiration and approval for his pal, and yours, Vladimir Putin, when he was asked about his history of occasionally assassinating political rivals and journalists on a whim.

He made the comments earlier today on Morning Joe:

Just in case you missed it:

Scarborough: “Well, I mean, it’s also a person who kills journalists, political opponents, and invades countries. Obviously that would be a concern, would it not?”

Trump: “He’s running his country, and at least he’s a leader. Unlike what we have in this country.”

Scarborough: “But again: He kills journalists that don’t agree with him.”

Trump: “I think our country does plenty of killing, also, Joe, so, you know. There’s a lot of stupidity going on in the world right now, Joe. A lot of killing going on. A lot of stupidity. And that’s the way it is.”

Previously, it appeared that el Trumpo seemed to say that it wasn’t a big deal when Putin shot down a civilian airliner in Ukraine. I guess journalists might think about upgrading their life insurance policies if he gets elected…

AFTER The GOP Debate, Trump Sounded Like He Said Third Party Run Is STILL Possible…

    “…. and invades countries.”

Not that the US has invaded other countries.

Has a US President killed American citizens without Judicial revue?

  • Marla Hughes

    The man’s a joke.

  • Old Nuke

Anwar al-Awlaki born in Las Cruces NM. A US Citizen killed with a Hellfire missile in Yemen. A US Citizen killed without judicial review.

    Is this what you meant?

  • sherlock1234

Yes. His 16 year old son, a US citizen, was droned two weeks later.

At the very least, many of Trumps responses to questions show he cannot think on his feet. Not everyone has that ability. But if you don’t, you better think all the way through the major issues before you get in front of a mic. Trump obviously doesn’t.

You cannot be an idiot and build what he has built. You have to have some serious skills and abilities. But the fact that Trump doesn’t have a very well developed view of domestic and international policy is becoming more and more obvious. This lack on his part need not be fatal, provided he surrounds himself with good people and actually listens to them. Will he?

Kinda like Obama when he doesn’t have his teleprompters. The man sounds like a baffon even more than usual.

Who said—“We’ve spent $4 trillion trying to topple various people that, frankly, if they were there and if we could have spent that $4 trillion in the United States to fix our roads, our bridges, and all of the other problems – our airports and all the other problems we have – we would have been a lot better off. …

“We have done a tremendous disservice not only to the Middle East – we’ve done a tremendous disservice to humanity. The people that have been killed, the people that have been wiped away – and for what? It’s not like we had victory. It’s a mess. The Middle East is totally destabilized, a total and complete mess. I wish we had the 4 trillion dollars or 5 trillion dollars. I wish it were spent right here in the United States on schools, hospitals, roads, airports and everything else that are all falling apart!”

That was Trump. Sounds good to me.

Hillary supported wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, escalating Afghanistan, and Libya. She also supported the Kosovo war based on the lie of 100,000 bodies buried in mass graves. UN Forensics spent several years digging up Kosovo and found just over 2000 bodies at the start of the war–one third were Serbs.

I would call Hillary’s international policy a disaster.

As for Hillary’s domestic policy, my stocks did well during Bill Clinton’s administration. I always was aware it was built on a ‘House of Cards.’

Do we want to return to an economy built on ‘phony dot-coms, corporations cooking the books, and FANNIE MAE colluding with Countrywide and NovaStar?

He gets parts of it, and I think he has the best interests of the United States at heart. That puts him miles ahead of Clinton. Not a big Trump fan, but we could do far worse.

Personally, I won’t be voting in the GOP primaries. I left the party in 2014 in disgust over their absolute spinelessness.

  • badbruce

Of course no one has ever been killed by American presidents or to protect their political aspirations, coughbullshitcoughcough.

  • Pork Bullet

No that’s not it. He’s an idiot.
